As a Barista & Kitchen Cook, you will daily prepare a variety of coffee drinks using high-quality beans and espresso machines, ensuring each cup meets our high standards. You will also cook and bake fresh food items, maintaining our kitchen's hygiene and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks using espresso machines, French presses, and other brewing methods.
• Cook and bake fresh food items daily, ensuring they meet our high standards of taste and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant experience.
• Follow and uphold all health and safety protocols in the workplace.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Kitchen Cook, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Experience with kitchen equipment and tools, including stoves, ovens, and mixers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Familiarity with basic food safety and health regulations.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
