📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities across multiple locations in Bali, including office spaces, warehouses, and production areas.
• Develop and implement strategic facilities management plans to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting on facilities and asset management activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals and objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of facilities and asset management professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities and asset management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing facilities and assets in a multi-location environment.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management software, such as FM:pro, ServiceNow, or similar.
• Certification in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
