Mart Royal Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Operations Staff to join our team in Gunung Kidul. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our stores, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor store staff to maintain high standards of service.,Manage budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.,Conduct regular audits to assess store performance and identify issues.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry.,Strong understanding of retail operations and processes.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
