📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish,Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects,Manage and mentor junior production staff,Ensure quality standards are met in all production activities,Monitor production schedules and resources,Implement and enforce production policies and procedures,Conduct regular production reviews and provide feedback,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using production management software,Familiarity with quality control processes and standards,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English
