Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care.,Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that they are appropriately trained and equipped to provide high-quality care.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the facility, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to healthcare, safety, and environmental protection.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and community members.,Manage the facility's budget, ensuring that all financial resources are used effectively and efficiently.,Implement and maintain quality assurance and continuous improvement programs to ensure that the facility meets or exceeds industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including those related to quality assurance and patient safety.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of healthcare professionals.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to operational challenges.,Proficiency in the use of relevant software and technology, including electronic health records (EHR) systems and patient management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
