📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the qualifications and requirements of the role.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment processes and best practices.,Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
