Sentral Jaya Computer is looking for a talented Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs that help our employees develop their skills and knowledge. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with company goals and employee development needs.,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and provide solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and other resources.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them improve their performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Experience with remote work is a plus.
