In this role, you will be responsible for managing the outlet operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Assist in stock management and inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales through effective marketing and promotional strategies.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and productivity.,Monitor and report sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or FMCG industry.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
