📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic compensation and benefits programs aligned with business objectives and market standards.,Conduct market salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive and attractive compensation packages.,Manage the entire compensation lifecycle, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits administration.,Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design and implement performance-based compensation and recognition programs.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.,Analyze compensation data to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and provide insights for strategic planning.,Foster a culture of recognition and rewards by understanding employee needs and preferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using compensation and benefits software and tools.,Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
