📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structures to ensure they are safe, functional, and compliant with all relevant regulations,Prepare construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and calculations,Review and approve construction documents prepared by other engineers and drafters,Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to the construction team,Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement,Mentor and coach junior engineers and drafters,Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Structural Engineer,Strong background in structural analysis and design,Proficiency in using structural analysis software, such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar,Familiarity with building codes and regulations, such as SNI (Indonesian National Standard),Excellent communication and teamwork skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
