📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical manuals, guides, and tutorials.,Create and update API documentation to support developers.,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure quality and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Computer Science, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with API documentation and developer tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
