Home Moon Pratama is looking for an Assistant HR Officer to join our team in Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. As an Assistant HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various tasks related to human resources management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.,Supporting the HR department in administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Providing administrative support to the HR manager and other HR staff as needed.,Assisting in the organization and coordination of HR events and activities.,Maintaining a positive and professional work environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a HR-related role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
