📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee and coordinate the work of team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Monitor and report on team performance, providing feedback and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in training and development programs for team members.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.,Support the Captain in managing budgets and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of company policies and procedures.,Experience in a similar role within the technology or service industry is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.,Familiarity with project management tools and software is an advantage.
