📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs,Coordinate with training providers and instructors,Conduct training needs analysis and assessment,Develop and deliver training materials and resources,Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness,Provide feedback and support to employees and managers,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure training programs align with company goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software,Fluency in English and Indonesian
