📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
• Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support the company's strategic goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the advertising industry.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems like BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
