📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit.,Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
