📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation to users.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and hardware.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proactive and detail-oriented.
