📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels and ordering processes.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail management software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
