📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate the maintenance activities of the network infrastructure,Plan, implement, and monitor maintenance activities to ensure network availability and performance,Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely and efficient manner,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of network services,Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections to identify potential issues,Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols,Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in network maintenance and troubleshooting,Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software,Experience with Cisco and Juniper network devices is a plus,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
