You will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, forecasting demand, and ensuring that our suppliers meet our quality and safety standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure the smooth and efficient supply of high-quality ingredients to our restaurants,Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms,Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock levels,Ensure that all suppliers meet our quality and safety standards,Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable and consistent supply of ingredients,Analyze and report on procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities align with business objectives,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in purchasing and supply chain management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing and supply chain management, preferably in the food and beverage industry,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus
