📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and industry leaders.
  • Manage and oversee a team of social media specialists.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Report on social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that social media efforts are aligned with overall business goals.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management.
  • Proven track record of success in creating and implementing social media strategies.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
