📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, implementation, and control of logistics operations.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or excess stock.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to improve logistics efficiency.,Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and supervise the logistics team to ensure high performance and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with the logistics industry in Kupang is a plus.
