📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on food processing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior staff on maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are documented and reported accurately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in the food processing industry.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems (e.g., SAP, TPM).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
