📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide candidate recommendations.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in the recruitment process.,Provide feedback to candidates and follow up to ensure a positive candidate experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
