Asia Cargo is seeking a talented and experienced Area Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Badung branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage your team and operations from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with the central office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the Badung branch, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and maintain high standards of safety and security.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the logistics or transportation industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
