📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that support client growth.
  • Analyze client feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.
  • Report on client performance and provide regular updates to management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing key client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
