📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.,Manage and develop a team of staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and human resources, to ensure smooth operations.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar establishment.,Proven track record of success in managing a team and improving sales and profitability.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
