📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.,Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Oversee employee performance management, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.,Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvements.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and share knowledge within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a management role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
