📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet our company's standards.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our roles.,Maintain a strong employer brand and market our company as an attractive place to work.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve our recruitment process.,Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
