📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on product selection and usage.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report sales performance, providing regular feedback and analysis to management.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase products and services.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the retail industry and market trends is a plus.
