📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.,Prepare and submit progress reports, cost estimates, and other project documentation.,Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related issues promptly.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).,Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management or site engineering.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.,Willingness to travel and work in various locations as required.
