📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial integrity of Obor Indonesia's operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage and supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize the company's financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations, and manage tax obligations.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the financial health of the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
