📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Assist the executive chef and sous chefs in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
• Monitor food quality, safety, and presentation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of ingredients.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold high standards of culinary excellence.
• Participate in menu development and cost control initiatives.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak service times.
• Stay updated with culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fine dining or high-end restaurant setting.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools, including but not limited to: commercial ovens, grills, fryers, and food processors.
• Experience with menu development and cost control.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
