📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide daily care and supervision for children aged 2-6 years, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Create and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons to promote cognitive, physical, and social development
• Assist in meal preparation and nutrition, ensuring children receive balanced and nutritious meals
• Document children's progress, including developmental milestones, achievements, and any concerns
• Collaborate with educators and other caregivers to create a safe, nurturing, and educational environment
• Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on their children's progress and addressing any concerns
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Maintain a clean and organized daycare environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education or childcare
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred but not required)
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Knowledge of child development theories and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passion for early childhood education and a genuine love for children
• Valid work permit and ability to work in Indonesia
