📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste, focusing on sustainability metrics.
• Analyze production data using tools like SAP and Excel to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes, ensuring compliance with sustainability guidelines.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sustainability and operational efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in sustainable textile manufacturing.
• Train and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience in optimizing production processes and reducing waste in textile manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using SAP, Excel, and other relevant software tools for data analysis.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel to different production sites as needed.
