In this role, you will visit clients' properties to assess their financial situation, negotiate payment plans, and ensure compliance with our clients' debt collection policies. You will use our proprietary software, DebtTrack Pro, to manage and monitor your collection efforts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients' properties to assess their financial situation and negotiate payment plans.
• Use DebtTrack Pro to manage and monitor collection efforts.
• Ensure compliance with our clients' debt collection policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate timely payments.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities and progress.
• Identify and resolve any issues or disputes related to debt collection.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection.
• Provide training and support to junior staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in debt collection or financial recovery.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to debt collection.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using DebtTrack Pro or similar debt collection software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
